● An adoption fee is required for any animal adopted.

 ● Only checks or money orders are excepted. NO CASH PLEASE.

 ● NO second hand adoptions are allowed ie: Christmas gift, birthday gift, anniversary gift, Valentine Day, surprises, Mothers/Fathers Day, etc....

 ● You MUST be at least 21 years of age to adopt an animal from us.

 ● If you rent, a phone number and/or a letter from the landlord giving you permission to you having an animal is required.
